PADDY BURKE MSC. (MGMT) T.ENG – A PROFILE

Patrick Burke is a result-driven Senior Manager with a track record in strategic and operational leadership, and over 30 years of experience managing customer-interfacing, large, diverse, androgens and multi-department organisations. He has successfully delivered within this area through building and retaining high performance teams, while developing strong working relationships with both staff and clients. Patrick’s successful career has seen him rise continuously through the ranks of major technology-led multinationals on foot of exceptional delivery in each of his roles. His career has taken him throughout Europe and from east to west coast USA.

With a passion for people management, customer service has been a common thread throughout Patrick’s career to date. He possesses excellent operational experience and a track record in leading and developing cross-functional teams to support different business needs. His skills set include change management, project development, sales and operations in addition to developing strategy while also managing the execution of the business tasks. He has been engaged in business development over the past fifteen years, participated in growth by acquisition and has delivered major change programmes in manufacturing and logistics sectors and on an international stage.

Patrick most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations with US company, Total Site Solutions. Prior to this, Patrick developed his own management consultancy and held the position of European Vice President with Zomax, among other roles. Patrick is an Engineer by primary qualification and holds a Masters in Management Practice (IMI/Trinity College), complimented by additional qualifications in Training, Teaching and Mediation.
PAUL NEVIN BBS (MARKETING): A PROFILE

Paul is a Business Development professional, with over 20 years’ experience across a range of industry sectors including Finance/Investment, ICT, B2B Services, Outsource Manufacturing and Fulfilment. Working across Europe with UK and North American multinational corporations.

He is a start-up specialist, creating sales teams, developing the sales pipe line from prospect to sales contract : Experienced in working with products/services in established markets, to arriving on site in an emerging marketplace with a blank canvas and growing a successful business with minimal support. Comfortable working in a detailed consultative sales role, with extended lead times on projects that are multifaceted, involving every aspect of the client’s organisation through to delivery.

An Entrepreneur and Self Starter with the self-belief and drive to enter into the Baltics emerging Investment market in 2005. Paul has utilised his time in the Baltics, working locally based new start-ups including a Platform for B2C Logistic delivery solutions, Export Finance, Web Development, Translation.

Prior to his projects in the Baltics, Paul had 10 years of Sales and Senior management experience with UK and North American multinationals within the ICT and Manufacturing sectors. Director of Sales and GM for Europe with Saturn Fulfillment , a leading Outsource Manufacturer and Fulfilment service provider to the North American ICT sector in Ireland supporting their EMEA supply chain. Previously with Misys Insurance software as Sales manager and promoted to General Manager for Ireland and Scotland. Paul is a Graduate of DCU Business School.
